I just read this on a $7.9M single family home listing in our MLS system (now called Midwest Real Estate Data). Once in awhile, something catches my eye...
"MAGNIFICENT 12,000 SF MANSION IN THE HEART OF LINCOLN PARK."
In the agent remarks, which the general public can't see, the agent goes on to say: "COULD WORK FOR SINGLE/COUPLE OR A LARGE FAMILY"
Sorry, I can't post the house photos on the MLS without the agent's permission (I did not ask). I thought about putting up a photo of another house, but people might assume that was in the listing.
I might drive by and take a shot of it, however. It's been built on the same street where I'll have a listing soon.
Since we know a single, couple or family "could work", how else could you use the 12,000 sq/ft, double lot home?
