In case you missed it the first time, I'll be on HGTV's House Hunters this Monday February 22nd at 9PM Central time. Check your local listings for your HGTV station.
It was hard work coordinating the sites with the production crew, lining up properties for filming, getting releases and making sure there were no delays to affect filming. However, it was also really fun and a terrific experience working with the director and crew.
Thanks again Kurt and Kelley for being such great clients! You looked awesome on the show. And thanks to my family and clients for helping me to the TOP 5% of all Chicago Realtors in 2009!

The whole family watched the show last night. We thought you did well, but the couple was a dud.
I have watched a lot of HGTV and have never seen a couple request their buying agent to leave the room so they can talk about a property.
Ha! Thanks for watching... but don't be so hard on the clients. The director had a pretty heavy hand on how this episode ended up.
You're right, we never "leave" while the clients stand and go over the pros and cons (unless, I think it's a good idea I give them some space to talk while we are viewing the property etc...). However, the director wanted those scenes where they go over their "list".
Secondly, they cut out my interview "scene" that's in most House Hunters... what a gip! I had to work had putting that show together and they cut out the best part for me... that's show business I guess.
The third thing that comes up is how serious I am in the episode. Past clients that have commented on the show said they had never seen me go 5-10 minutes without laughing!
Looking back, I could have suggested we make the filming more natural, but... I figured they needed certain shots for the show and I just took the direction.
Keep watching and reading!
