At the time of this original post back in August, here had been seven condo purchases from $210,000 for a one bedroom unit to $2,275,000 for "everything you want in a condo" on the block in the past year.
Pictured below is a 2006 high end contemporary co-op building positioned in the middle of the block. 432 W Grant #1E, a four bedroom home with recreation room, den, office and three garage spots, sold for $2,275,000 near the end of 2009. We love the wide terraces with modern furniture overlooking the lush landscaping.
