The most substantial new construction home being built in Ravenswood, Lincoln Square and Uptown areas is located on the 4600 block of North Hermitage. We first wrote about this home in March. The existing lot measured 73 feet wide and 163 deep and sold for $1,400,000 in 2008. A small home was torn down to make way for the new construction.
We like the use of the lot here. The owners will look out upon their custom courtyard design. Very Lincoln Park! They are also opting for geothermal heating and I'd imaging other green sustainable technology.
