I took this shot of Lincoln Park 2520 construction progress from atop our office parking garage on North Halsted Street. The cranes are hard at work on the tower seen behind an existing building.

Our MLS shows a contract was entered into on Unit C8-11 on 12/31/10 for $3,550,000. It's described as a 4,723 square foot southeast corner unit and appears to be the highest sale yet for the significant luxury new construction high rise and townhouse community. At this stage in the construction, home buyers may combine units and completely customize.
