New Construction Update: A big house in Bowmanville

The west side of the home has wide open exposure.  It will get nice sun in the south facing yard all day.

I was showing houses a couple weekends ago in Bowmanville section of northern Lincoln Square and swung by to check out the progress.  The new construction single family home at West Farragut and North Wolcott in the Bowmanville neighborhood is coming along nicely.  We first pointed out the very small bungalow had been torn down at this attractive corner lot HERE
The house/ lot was sold for $282,000 cash in November 2010.
