DePaul University continues to redevelop it's large footprint in Lincoln Park.  The new and modern theatre building is now under construction at the corner of West Fullerton Avenue and North Racine Avenue. The facility is scheduled to open September 4th, 2013.

DePaul University has positively impacted the neighborhood over the last decade (especially along busy Fullerton Ave) with brand new facilities along side the luxury residential home construction just outside the campus ring.  Earlier this year we highlighted the new Art Museum at DePaul .
