We've been, from time to time, pointing out the
luxury housing "boom" in Lincoln Square. Wide lots (anything wider than 25 feet) are at a premium. When an original house on a wide sells -or passes to the next generation- it's likely a luxury $1.5 million house will be built. And they tend to sell fast at retail offering.
