We were out with our buyers on showings this weekend around Lake View and Lincoln Park. We caught these gorgeous views of Belmont Harbor and the lakefront from a 12th floor high-rise apartment at 3150 N Lake Shore Drive. The 2200 sq/ft home is in need of renovation asking about $450,000...$400,000 of that price were these views!
