2012 has been a good year for luxury new construction in Roscoe Village so far. 5 of the 13 sold and closed homes in the Roscoe Village boundaries were brand new construction houses.
As mentioned in our last post, the median price is over $1 million for a single family home. New construction sales have fueled this pricing.
Currently, there are 6 more new construction homes under contract or offered for sale in Roscoe Village. By walking around the neighborhood, you'll see there are more in development not yet listed on the MLS as well.
