I was taking some photos of land for sale and the scene down in
East Lakeview around 3000 N Lake Shore Drive about two weeks ago. I just happened to take a photo of this newer build house at
333 W Barry...a sublime location. The house was built in 2008 and I took a few photos at that time as well. The exterior, although appropriate for the location, tells you nothing of the masterpiece inside.

Coincidentally, the home was listed with Baird and Warner soon after taking the photo... leaving little time to contemplate the lakefront lifestyle in this house.
With an asking price of $3.45 million it promptly went under contract in a weeks time.
