Steal Update! Ravenswood double lot sells for $363K

I wrote about this double lot for sale (with tear down property) at 5062 N Ravenswood in December last year. Asking $350,000, I thought it was a steal.  Seriously.  The home closed in June for $363,000.

This somewhat wonky block facing the Metra tracks is a perfect spot for a cool modern build incorporating the landscape.  Let's hope anyway.  In any event, a really unique parcel and great deal for the new owner.
