Gold Coast condo says "No fat cats!"

Gold Coast condo associations and co-op boards may have interesting rules

I was just looking through Gold Coast apartments for sale with a client.  One listing made clear no dogs,  but "Cats allowed, weight limit".  How big does the cat have to be before there's trouble? Is there a condo association scale? We've often seen weight limits for dogs so I guess this is only fair!
