Brokers will write some "interesting" copy for real estate listings from time to time. I was looking for condo units in South Loop for our client and came across broker remarks prominently listing the nearby Dunkin' Donuts. Forget the views, the lake and the Museum Campus!
I guess the Dunkin' Donuts would be a plus for me.
