Work begins! St Joseph Hospital expansion on Lincoln Park campus by the lake

Bob and I often find ourselves around St Joseph Hospital on the Lakeview/ Lincoln Park border and the lake.  We often work with clients looking in the area for condos, enjoy the nearby parks , hit the golf practice range at Diversey and even visit the hospital for the occasional X-Ray.


Crain's Chicago Business reported on the modern new expansion plans to St Joseph Hospital along North Sheridan road and West Surf back in February.   It looks like work is under way.  The new facility will be reportedly 10 stories high.  The renderings depict a modern looking building that should have  a positive visual affect among the condo high rises and apartment buildings lining North Sheridan Road.
