Under contract! First time buyers nab East Village duplex in multiple offer

Our first time buyer clients have recently secured a contract on 934 N Wood #1 in East Village.  The asking price is $519,900 and is listed by Jeff Lowe, Prudential Rubloff.

The property received multiple offers.  Bob and I were able to turn around a contract immediately after the showing... while our clients were headed towards the airport.  We try to educate our clients and prepare them for this very situation so things will go smoothly come offer time.

We attended the property inspection today. The contract is currently in attorney review.
