The location, in my opinion, sort of flies under the radar. I think many people interested in a modern, convenient and/or accessible condo in the Chicago or North Shore area should look at this location. It's just steps to Metra &
Purple Line, local casual and upscale dining, Starbucks, grocery stores and only 5 blocks walk to Lake Michigan among gorgeous homes!
