Neighboring Wicker Park has been explosive over the last few years. This has rubbed off on the Noble Square neighborhood where condo sales are up 33% year to year. 139 attached condo units (including town houses) closed in 2014 with a median price of about $395,000 in Noble Square. That's up from 104 units sold and a median of $385,000 in 2013. Only 62 attached condo units sold in 2011!
