Il Mulino has been gone since 2012 and I think something called "Biggs Steakhouse and Wine Cellar" had a short run. The "Biggs Mansion" top floors sit empty. The lower level is occupied by
Biggs Cigar Emporium.

Table Fifty-Two still occupies the carriage house on Elm. I drive and walk by here often but have not heard about any rumors or recent developments for the main house.
