I visited our Kale Realty flagship office in South Loop/ University Village last week to meet up for lunch with the brokerage owner and a client of mine. If you have not been in the area of West Roosevelt and South Canal Street in awhile... holy cow you won't believe how much development is there. A million chain stores.
The client, an Ivy League real estate attorney, is interested in doing property investment deals and Managing Broker/ Owner Nick Patterson is a great resource to speak with. On most occasions we'll lunch at Jason's Deli where the menu selection and prices are great and you can help yourself to free soft serve ice cream. That's a win, win!
