A luxury single family home nears completion on east side of  the 2600 block of North Orchard.  Another similar new construction home is under contract at 2628 N Orchard with an asking price of $2,695,000.

Lincoln Park continues to completely rebuild and answer the demand for new construction housing in desirable areas.  The 2600 block of Orchard is a quiet street in the middle of the bustling Clark, Diversey and Halsted Streets robust retail and entertainment commercial strips.
