Our repeat buyer clients closed 1510 W Cornelia #1 last week for $337,500. I stopped by on this weekend's snowy Saturday on moving day!

Our buyer clients were the first to see 1510 W Cornelia #1 in the Southport Corridor neighborhood of greater Lake View when is was listed earlier this fall.  We'd been looking at several locations and properties but these North Center residents knew they wanted to stay close to their current location. Our buyers were ready and made a quick decision to secure the condo.  After due diligence and negotiating an escrow for upcoming building work our folks got a great deal on a fairly large home for the money.
