YES! New Half Acre in Bowmanville gets construction permit, estimated at $850,000

Half Acre's restaurant, patio, tap room and most importantly BEER GARDEN was approved back in August.  The project was just issued the building permit yesterday with estimated project cost at $850,000.  This will be a fantastic, upbeat "go to" place for Bowmanville residents that want to stray only a few hundred feet from the house LOL.  Half Acre Beer Company site HERE.
