This lot at West Lawrence and North Seeley was slated for a three unit new construction building. It remains a rare vacant lot in the ever more desirable
Lincoln Square area near retail and transportation. There was a sparsely attended community meeting for the development a couple years ago but I can't find the info. I believe DNAinfo had a story.
