47th Ward Zoning Advisory Committee update shows another significant Lincoln Square rental development proposal. We pointed out last November
the Surpless and Dunn building was for sale.
Check out the renderings of the proposed 59 unit rental development at 2105 W Lawrence that would add to the existing structure and build a second new building with 50 parking spaces... Wow!
