Cha-cha-changes on the
former Tag Outlet site.
Norweta Row is a substantial high-end residential development in the far western portion of
Lincoln Park. A condo portion will be 32 units and rental building approximately 44 units. The immediate area is almost entirely newer construction built up over the past 15 years.

The developer is using the construction fence for a sort of crowd-sourcing
Lincoln Park mural project. There is some 'splaining and a
video here. I love public art around the city and
advocate for more. This project, well, is a little lost on me.
