4 East Elm is one of the more exciting and unique residential developments the Gold Coast has seen in years. The sold out building has the rare instance of no available units for sale or rent at the moment (at least publicly). The boutique new construction tower is advertised as 35 half or full-floor units. 34 units are shown as sold or rented on our MLS MREDLLC.com (no 35th unit is listed for sale so there may have been a combined unit).  

The median price of a sold unit in 4 East Elm is about $3,200,000. 

The median price of a condo sale in the Gold Coast is $320,000! Of course, many of those are one bedrooms in older high-rise buildings.
