Thirty-two condos sold in the past twelve months with two bedrooms and in building less than 36 units (criteria for our client). The median price of a sale is $343,000. Very few units under $350K feature a true deck, Central AC, in-unit washer and dryer... and it they do look out for teensy-tiny bedrooms!
